I Went Quiet…To Finish My Book
I published a first of a kind book, but then I got quiet again.
I didn’t intend to go quiet for too long, it just sort of happened.
Each day, I thought tomorrow will be better, different, more productive than the last.
But then the days, weeks, and many months went by without a word.
And for over 6 months.
Earlier this year, mid-March, in fact, I realized I was moving frustratingly slow on my next book goals. Mind you, I had published my second book just 6 months prior, but in my ever ever ever personally ambitious world, I was still falling far behind!
So, I put myself on punishment and stopped being around.
Stopped being digitally visible.
Stopped blogging — feeling I was being too distracted.
I’ll admit, it worked, and perhaps like a charm.
I mean I did actually complete the darn book!
I wrote and wrote and wrote — everyday and thankfully published what is my now (third) book on May 19th, 2019.
However, … I may have posted a few meager times in the days or weeks after, but in truth, I just went back quiet again. I barely even marketed what I had published, not because it isn’t important to the world — empowering others on how to decode anyone and anything by the letters— I just simply got quiet.
Sure I had intended to do book talks, a small book tour, live psychic readings and book signings, heck something to get out there! Or maybe even jump on writing the next book. But alas, I didn’t write or do anything — towards the old or the new.
Not then nor the month after or the next or the next, all the way up until now.
My cosmic self will blame it on the overlay of retrogrades happening when the book came out, or turn to the fatigue even from publishing it in the ever forward-moving month of May or whatever reasoning I can devise.
The truth is, I simply went quiet and just navigated living, watched others, watched the evolving world and its turbulence, read, learned, and most of all processed what I would do when I did get back in the writing game.
I bid you all Peace and Abundance on your current and future path. May the universe channel through you, your mind, your fingers, and your innate drive to share more with the globe and planet that we are currently immersed.
In the meantime, I am plugging away at a gazillion ideas for future more coming.
