Own Your Suffering
Easier said than done!
To do so takes many forms, meanings, and expectations.
Admitting suffering for some feel likes admitting failure(s).
While for others it comprises the unending call outs.
Some thrive on the suffering of self over and over and over
While others choose to bask in the dramatic suffering of others.
Some keep it close and never reveal, taking stories to and through the grave
While others go so far as to manufacture what was in fact never there.
Yet what does it mean to own your suffering?
And who will really care?
Who do you tell, what do you tell, and why even bother?
Everyone has a story to tell, including the low points of suffering.
Suffering is vulnerability
Suffering is also a central part of the human experience that some came to experience in far greater ways than others would dare imagine.
Suffering is likewise a point of endless jokes that somehow always come full circle, to the jester and the crowd amassed who found humor in the sorrow.
In sharing the suffering, the how, the why, and why me begins to fade.
With sharing also comes faith, trust, and authenticity of your core self.
Never be afraid of sharing
Never let others hold you in suffering
For out of suffering comes greater clarity, strength and the reestablishment of boundaries in many necessary forms.
Suffering both forces and allows the soul to grow, to learn, and most to feel.
Enacting suffering and laughing at others suffering invokes future karma of a great weight many may not want to really carry.
However, in time the suffering can be let go as we chose
But also when we chose to forgive, accept, and eventually move forward.
Rise above the suffering and rise into your authentic self most. Your soul thanks you for the growth and most of all the awareness of a deeper self!
