You May Not Be Good Enough to Some!
But Be Good to Yourself!
Everyone has something to say. All.the time.
They are merely apart of your living and learning. You and we all have choice to engage, to believe, to deflect, to ignore, and ultimately to accept or not.
Part of the living path is that teachers are everywhere and in many forms that you cannot always predict.
What you can control however is how you respond to the biggest teachable moments of them all. What you can control too, contrary to belief, is the rage, the angst, the hurt, the frustration, when you see the lessons that are anchored all the way in it.
Sometimes the lessons are for others to see themselves more deeply even by and through mistreating you. The biggest lessons do come when we hurt, when we hurt others, and when we see hurt forced on others.
What do we and how we learn?
Your past, your path, and the many days ahead will have life in them most.
They will have joy and they will have pain. They will have love, and sorry to say some hate too.
Learn through the love, learn through the hate, learn through the pain, and be kind to yourself most.
We are not always attuned to the ongoings in others lives, but we can have a heart, we can slow down to care, and we can also set up boundaries to prevent unnecessary overflow in our lives.
Make the choice for the heart most and you will live longer.
Let the expectations and the attachments of how others should be, and just be your you.
You came here and with great purpose. Others will always find ways to challenge and make you think about yourself, your capability, and most your future.
